Catch up on AI. Then run your own team of it.

Four weeks, one to one, on your machine, with your real work. You finish with a system that knows your business, and you own all of it.

15 to 20 minutes. No pitch deck.

You are not behind because you don’t know enough about AI.

You are behind because your AI does not know anything about you.

Every chat starts from nothing. You paste in the same background, explain the same job, get a generic answer, and close the tab. Nothing is kept. Next week you do it again.

The people getting real work out of this are not asking better questions. They have given it a memory, a set of written procedures, and a way to run without being watched.

That is a setup, not a talent. It takes about four weeks.

What you own at the end

  • Your brain.

A folder of plain text files on your own computer holding what your business knows. Your AI reads it before it answers anything.

  • Your procedures.

The jobs you repeat, written down once so they run the same way every time.

  • Your conductor.

A session that wakes on a schedule, does the work, and leaves the decisions for you to tap.

  • The ability to change it.

It is all readable English. When it gets something wrong, you fix the file, and it stays fixed.

No account with me. No platform. Nothing to cancel. If you never speak to me again after week four, it all still runs.

Four sessions. Ninety minutes each. Your screen, your work.

  • Week 1, the brain.

We set up your vault and write your operating manual together. By the end of the call your AI is answering questions using your facts, not the internet’s.

  • Week 2, procedures.

We take three or four jobs you actually repeat and turn each into something your AI runs the same way every time. You write the second one while I watch and correct you.

  • Week 3, the conductor.

We install it and set your wake times, then prove it on one of your real jobs while you watch. You decide what it may do alone and what waits for you.

  • Week 4, you drive.

I stay quiet. We work through what goes wrong, because it will, and you learn the fix. You leave knowing how to keep it running.

Written recap after every session. Every call recorded and yours. Email me for 30 days after.

What the first week actually looks like

Because “we’ll get you set up” means nothing.

Day 1, on the call.
Ten minutes of me showing you a real one running. Eighty on yours.
End of day 1.
A folder on your computer with your operating manual in it. We ask the same question before and after so you see the difference yourself, on the call.
Day 2.
You open it alone and ask it something about your own business. It answers with your facts. This is usually the part that lands.
Days 3 to 6.
About an hour of your own time, adding things as you hit them. A supplier’s lead time, how you price a job, the thing you explain to every new customer. You get a written prompt for this so it is not a blank page.
Day 7.
You send me your manual and I come to week two with corrections.

From A$1,800

Four 90-minute sessions, the setup done with you, written recaps, recordings, and 30 days of email after. Half to start, half after week two.

Your AI subscription is separate and you pay it directly, usually A$30 to A$150 a month depending how hard you use it. I never buy it for you.

The questions everyone asks

  • Can’t I learn this off YouTube?

Yes, and a lot of it is good. What is missing is a version built around your business and someone correcting you while you get it wrong. You are buying four weeks of that, and the fact that it is finished at the end.

  • I’m not technical.

The install is one step. You drop a folder on your machine, open it, and type one sentence. Everything after that is written English in text files, so if you can write an email you can change how it works. It installs and passes its own tests on Windows, Mac and Linux, so it runs on whatever you already have.

  • Will it be obsolete when the models change?

The models will change. This sits above them. Your manual and your memory are plain text and already work across three different AI tools. When something better turns up, you point it at the same folder.

  • Is my business data safe?

Your files stay on your machine. What you send into a chat goes to whichever AI company you pay, under their terms, the same as it does now. Part of week one is deciding what never goes near it.

  • What if it doesn’t work for me?

You watch it run one of your own jobs in week three, before the last session. If it is not working you will know early, not at the end.

What this is not

  • Not custom software.

If you need something built, that is a separate quote.

  • Not done for you.

I build the first one with you and watch you build the second. Handing you a finished machine you cannot maintain is the thing this is designed to avoid.

  • Not a course, a cohort, or a video library.

It is live and it is one to one.

  • Not a promise of hours saved.

Nobody can honestly give you that number.

Worth a conversation?

Fifteen minutes, free, and I will tell you straight if your business is not a fit for it.
