Who we are

This site is operated by Keita Jess Emsden, trading as Emsden Studio (ABN 71 729 409 987). Contact: keita@emsden.studio.

What we collect

The site collects only the information you choose to send via the enquiry form:

• Your name and email
• Optional business name
• The text you write describing your problem, timeline, and budget

The site also logs basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and analytics. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. We don't sell or share your details with anyone.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule a discovery call, and (if we end up working together) deliver the services you've engaged us to provide.

Where it's stored

Enquiry submissions are delivered via Resend (US-based) and stored in our internal systems hosted on Onidel Cloud in Sydney, Australia. Backups are encrypted and stored at Backblaze B2.

Access, correction, deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email keita@emsden.studio with the request. We respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are noted at the top of the page.
